Here at All Phase Construction USA, we give a 10-year workmanship warranty.

What is the best type of roof?

If asking for performance that is METAL. Now, there are many different types of metal roofs. Standing seam metal roofs with concealed fasteners and clips is the way to go. You can get this in an Aluminum Tedlar finish. Aluminum will never rust. Tedlar does not hold dirt and remains clean. It is excellent in saltwater environments and does not require a freshwater rinse like other metals do to maintain their warranty. Tedlar finishes have a 50 Year warranty. It can outlast a tile roof twice as long. It can withstand 219 MPH winds and does not fade. Repairs can be made 25 years later with a perfect color match. It is also considered a solar-ready roof because the panels can clamp onto the seams requiring no penetrations to be made in the roof. If you think solar will grow in popularity and you may want to add it in the future, this is the way to go.
