After years of late-night restaurant hours that didn't align with family life, Graham made the move to roofing and hasn't looked back. Enio joined All Phase Construction USA in 2026 after relocating from the Boston, Massachusetts area, where he worked for a highly respected roofing contractor in the same professional networking organization as owner Chris Porosky. As Project Manager, Enio is one of our customers' primary points of contact throughout the construction process — coordinating scheduling, communicating project updates, working closely with installation crews, overseeing inspections, and ensuring each roofing project progresses smoothly from start to finish. Enio's attention to detail, organization, and proactive communication help give homeowners a stress-free experience while ensuring every install meets All Phase's high quality standards.

Matt Denofrio

Production Manager

Originally from the Chicago area, Matt has called South Florida home for over 20 years. His extensive background in the hospitality industry — from dishwasher to management — instilled a customer-service-first mentality that he brings to every roofing project. With a "play hard, work harder" approach, Matt oversees production operations and ensures every job meets All Phase's standards for quality and timeliness.

Carlos started as a laborer with All Phase and worked his way up through hard work and dedication. Sponsored by All Phase to obtain his work visa, Carlos is now a proud American citizen. His detailed approach, hands-on experience, and relentless work ethic have made him one of the best in the industry when it comes to diagnosing and stopping roof leaks. Carlos continuously advances his roofing knowledge through manufacturer training and certifications.

Charley Israel

Field Operations CoordinatorSince 2016

Charley has been a key member of the All Phase Construction USA team for nearly 10 years. As Field Operations Coordinator, he's the bridge between our office, production team, and installation crews — making sure every crew arrives on time, every job site is properly prepared, and every material delivery is accurate and complete. Throughout each project, Charley monitors production, coordinates additional materials to keep work moving, and oversees daily job documentation by ensuring crews upload progress photos to our CRM so both our office and homeowners can follow the job in real time. He performs a final site inspection on every project to verify cleanup and quality before sign-off, and when inspectors are involved, he coordinates ladder access and meets them on site to keep projects on schedule.

Clarissa Albelli

Customer Engagement Specialist

Clarissa is most likely the first voice you'll hear when you call All Phase. She guides customers through the first steps of their roofing journey — ensuring every interaction is helpful, friendly, and efficient. Originally from the Pocono Mountains, Clarissa brings a personal goal to every workday: make at least one person smile. From scheduling appointments and directing calls to helping with office operations and customer communications, Felice ensures every customer receives prompt, professional, and courteous service from their very first interaction with the company. Known for her sweet personality, gentle spirit, and endless love for people, she's always ready to accept a belly rub, make a new friend, or simply brighten someone's day with her adorable face and wagging tail. Many customers stop by just to say hello — and she never disappoints. Don't be surprised if she's the first member of the team to greet you when you visit our Deerfield Beach office.
