Chris Porosky is the owner and lead estimator of All Phase Construction USA, a dual-licensed roofing contractor headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He runs the company directly: he meets every customer, walks every roof before a proposal goes out, and signs off on every final inspection.
