About Chris

Chris Porosky is the owner and lead estimator of All Phase Construction USA, a dual-licensed roofing contractor headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Chris runs the company directly and stays involved on every project — monitoring real-time job site photos through CompanyCam, coordinating daily with the sales and production teams, and personally reviewing the high-value, high-complexity, and unusual jobs himself. The team you talk to during sales and production is one Chris built, leads, and is in constant contact with.

Chris holds two active Florida state licenses — Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC-1331464) and Certified General Contractor (CGC-1526236) — and has extensive working knowledge of the Florida Building Code and Florida energy codes. He is an industry-appointed member of the Professional Roofers Advisory Council (PRAC) and a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), the Roofing Insights network, and the Roofing Process group.

He has served as an expert witness for roof assessments and fenestration matters, providing forensic analysis on roofing system performance and fenestration installations.
